Promotes two phases into the v1.1 roadmap and folds one backlog item in:
Phase 13: Real Lint Gate (ESLint) — wire an ESLint flat config across both apps so the Phase 8 CI lint slot actually fails on violations instead of no-op'ing (it currently exits 0 because no linter exists).
Phase 14: Desktop E2E Coverage — add a Desktop Chrome Playwright profile + make the mobile-authored specs desktop-safe so the Phase 8 regression gate validates desktop, not just mobile.
Folded backlog 999.5 (self-service member onboarding) into the Phase 10 admin-credential surface — a member sets/validates/encrypts their own Fastmail app password via the same path.
Milestone range updated 7–12 → 7–14.
