- Set objectUrl: obj.url ?? null in both .values() and .onDuplicateKeyUpdate({ set: {} })
  alongside existing etag assignment — stores CalDAV object URL for If-Match on
  update/delete (D-08)
- All existing broker/sync tests pass (47 total)
