  Delivered: Turned the v1.0 MVP into a configurable, administrable, maintainable app with full self-hosted CI/CD.

  Key accomplishments:

  • Self-hosted Gitea CI/CD: mobile + desktop Playwright regression, real ESLint gate, dependency/secret/security scanning, dev/prod image hygiene, Docker publish
  • In-app admin (credential rotation, shared-calendar, member editor) + validated first-run setup wizard
  • Per-event reminders with a variable-lead scheduler; ~1-2s event write-back
  • Local-auth (no-OIDC) mode coexisting with Authelia; auto timezone detection
