feat(17-04): wire favicons + theme-color in index.html, fix maskable icon + accent in manifest
- index.html: add favicon.svg (SVG, modern browsers first) + favicon.ico (legacy) links
- index.html: update theme-color from #4A90D9 to approved #e8915a (warm amber)
- vite.config.ts: fix maskable icon — reference /icon-maskable-512.png (separate file) not /icon-512.png
- vite.config.ts: update manifest theme_color to #e8915a to match index.html
- tokens.css: update --color-member-0 to #e8915a (warm amber, Variant B, operator-approved 17-02)
- --sx-color-primary follows automatically via var(--color-member-0)

feat(03-07): VitePWA manifest + auth-safe SW denylist + iOS head/icons
- Add VitePWA plugin to vite.config.ts with registerType:autoUpdate
- navigateFallbackDenylist excludes /callback, /api/, /health (T-03-20 Gate 2)
- runtimeCaching: [] — no API response caching (T-03-21)
- Manifest: name/short_name FamilySync, display:standalone, scope:/, theme_color #4A90D9
- Icons: 192x192, 512x512, 512x512 maskable in manifest
- Generate icon-192.png (192x192), icon-512.png (512x512), apple-touch-icon.png (180x180)
- Add five iOS head entries: apple-touch-icon link, apple-mobile-web-app-capable/status-bar-style/title
- Build verified: dist/manifest.webmanifest emitted with correct fields; SW + workbox emitted

chore(01-01): scaffold monorepo, Docker Compose stack, and Vitest harness
- pnpm workspace with apps/api (Hono/Drizzle) and apps/pwa (Vite/React 19)
- Pinned versions per RESEARCH: hono@4.12.23, drizzle-orm@0.45.2, mysql2@3.22.4, tsdav@2.2.2, ical.js@2.2.1, zod@^3.25.0, node-cron@^4.2.1
- docker-compose.yml with mariadb:11 healthcheck, api depends_on service_healthy, redis stub
- docker-compose.dev.yml overrides for local dev (bind mounts, exposed ports)
- .env.example lists all env vars (DB_*, OIDC_*, APP_PASSWORD_ENCRYPTION_KEY)
- .gitignore excludes .env (never commit secrets)
- apps/api/vitest.config.ts with environment: node
- Wave 0 test stubs: health, auth/user, broker/crypto, broker/sync, broker/poller
